Our processing of Personal Data, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number, will be undertaken consistent with the requirements of applicable privacy laws. By using the Services and/or submitting or collecting any Personal Data via the Services, you accept, expressly consent, and agree to our practices surrounding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data We Collect

The Personal Data that you provide to us depends on how you interact with the Services and may include:

  • Contact information, such as your first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and your employer;
  • Account information, such as the username and password you use to access our Services, other information you add or upload to your account profile, and your social network authentication information;
  • Financial information, such as information about your bank account, PayPal account, debit card or other financial account that you own;
  • Employment information, such as salary or employment status details;
  • Identification information, such as your government-issued IDs, signature, and other information that identifies you;

Automatically Collected Personal Data About Your Use of the Services

When you access or use the Services, we, our service providers, and our advertising partners may automatically log and combine information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interactions over time with the Services, online resources, and our communications, including:

  • Log information. We collect log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, app version, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to the Services;
  • Device information. We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information;
  • Online activity data. We collect information about the pages, screens and/or features you viewed, accessed and/or used, how long you spent on a page, screen and/or feature, the website you visited before browsing to the Services, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page, screen and/or feature, access times, duration of access, and whether you have opened or otherwise engaged with our communications, such as our marketing emails, or clicked links or files within them;
  • Email open/click information. We use pixels in our email campaigns that allow us to collect your email and IP address as well as the date and time you open an email or click on any links in the email;
  • Location information. In accordance with your device permissions, we may collect information about the precise location of your device. For more details, please see "Your Choices" below; and
  • Information collected by cookies and other tracking technologies. We use different technologies to collect information, including cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve the Services and your experience, see which areas and features of the Services are popular and count visits. Personal Data We Collect from Other Sources

We may obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the Services. For example, we may collect information about you from third parties, including:

  • Employers: We may collect information about you from your employer in order to verify your eligibility to use, and receive payment under, the Services. This information may include, but is not limited to, statements of work and/or invoices issued to the employer (such as dates, times, and duration that you provided goods, property, and/or services to the employer, amounts invoiced, and other information contained in such statements of work and/or invoices).
  • Financial or other institutions: When you link your payment or bank account to your Get Stabl Account, we may supplement the financial information described above by collecting information about you from the financial or other institution at which you have such payment account in order for us to provide the Services to you. This information may include, but is not limited to, bank account and other account numbers, routing numbers, transaction data, and other identifying information (such as name and postal address). We use Plaid to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Services, you grant us and Plaid, the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy located at https://plaid.com/legal/.
  • Social media information: We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider's privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your Personal Data. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Third-party login information: When you link, connect, or login to our services with a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn), you direct the service to send us information such as your registration, friends list, and profile information as controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings on that service.
  • Other third parties: We may collect information about you from other third parties, including, but not limited to, marketing partners, identity verification services, financial data vendors, financial services companies, credit bureaus, and publicly-available sources.

How We Use Personal Data

We use Personal Data for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

  • To provide, maintain and improve our Services, including to:
    • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages and to respond to your comments, questions and customer service requests;
    • Communicate with you about products, Services, offers, and events offered by Get Stabl and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
    • Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the Services;
    • Train our team members;
    • Develop new products and services; and
    • Facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards;
  • Marketing and advertising. We, our service providers, and our third-party advertising partners may collect and use your Personal Data for the following marketing and advertising purposes:
    • Direct marketing. We may send you direct marketing communications as permitted by law, including by email. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the "Opt out of marketing communications" section below;

You may be liable for standard SMS and per-minute charges by your mobile carrier;

We may also share information about our users with these companies to facilitate advertising for our Services to them or similar users on other online platforms.   • For compliance and protection, including to:
    • Protect our, your or others' rights, privacy, safety, or property (including by making and defending legal claims);

    • Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; and
  • Research and development. We may use your Personal Data for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve our Services and our business. As part of these activities, we may aggregate Personal Data and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of the Services, to improve and add features to the Services, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of the Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with prospective business partners. We may collect aggregated information through the Services, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy.

How We Share Your Personal Data

  • Between and among Get Stabl and, as applicable, our current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership;
  • With your employer or with a financial or other institution with which you have a payment account, in order to verify your eligibility to use, and receive payment under, the Services;
  • With vendors, consultants and other service providers that provide services on our behalf or help us operate or Sources or our business, including providers of hosting services, cloud services and other information technology services providers, event management services, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, payment processors, customer relationship management and customer support services, financial connection services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process or store Personal Data in the course of performing their duties to us;
  • With authorities and others such as law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable legal obligation, law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above;
  • With advertising partners, such as third-party advertising companies, including for the interest-based advertising purposes described above, that may collect information on our website through cookies and other automated technologies;
  • With business transferees in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of all or a portion of Get Stabl assets, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, acquisition of all or a portion of the Get Stabl business by another company, or transition of service to another provider; and
  • With other users of the Services with your consent.

Your Choices

Access or update your account

You may update or correct certain account information by logging into your Get Stabl Account or emailing us at privacy@getstabl.com. If you wish to delete or deactivate your Get Stabl Account, please email us at privacy@getstabl.com. We may request information from you to help us confirm your identity and process your request. Note that applicable law may require or permit us to limit or decline access and deletion requests, for example, where we need to retain your information for security, compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes. If we delete your account, you will not be able to access it. If we delete your information, it will generally be deleted from our active databases, and the information may remain for a period of time in our backup files and in unstructured files until these records are deleted in the ordinary course of business.

Location information

Location information. When you first launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of Location Information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, will no longer function. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence. We may employ artificial intelligence technologies ("AI Systems") to enhance the performance and functionality of the Services which includes tailoring your experience through automated processing based on your activity using the Services. The AI Systems work by analyzing your usage patterns, preferences, and other interactions within our services to predict your interests and preferences. The insights gathered allow us to improve our service offerings, provide personalized content and advertising, and enhance user satisfaction. By using the Services, you consent to the use of AI Systems as described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review your privacy settings regularly to ensure they continue to reflect your preferences.

Privacy rights

Privacy rights. Depending where you reside, you may have the following rights:

  • Information. You may have the right to obtain information about how we collect, use, and share your Personal Data. We provide this information within this Privacy Policy.
  • Access and portability. You may request a copy of the Personal Data that we have collected about you. Where applicable, we will provide the information in a portable, machine-readable and readily-usable format.
  • Correction of Personal Data that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Deletion of Personal Data that we no longer need to provide the services or for other lawful purposes.
  • Opt out of the sharing of your Personal Data for interest-based advertising. We share Personal Data with advertising partners that display targeted advertisements to users around the web. You can limit online tracking by clicking Your Privacy Choices on the footer of our website. We do not sell Personal Data.
  • Additional rights, such as to object to and request that we restrict our use of your Personal Data, and where applicable, you may withdraw your consent.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to empower an "authorized agent" to submit requests on their behalf. By providing your email and/or phone number and checking a box, clicking the "complete" button, or some other affirmative act, you are consenting to receive emails and/or calls and text messages, including live, prerecorded, and/or automated calls and messages, to that email or phone number. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email or text message from Get Stabl on your mobile number. This agreement is not entered into as a term or requirement of any purchase or promotion.

Normal message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Neither we nor the participating carriers guarantee that messages will be delivered. We may discontinue these programs at any time without notice.

Limitations

Limitations. Your rights may be limited under applicable laws, such as where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights. These rights also may not apply to certain financial information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

Mobile push notifications/alerts

Mobile push notifications/alerts. With your consent and provision of your telephone number, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

Opt out of marketing communications

Opt out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related communications โ€“ both email and text โ€“ by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions within the marketing communication we send you. You may also contact us at privacy@getstabl.com to unsubscribe or learn more about our do-not-call policy. Even if you opt out of marketing-related communications, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

Online tracking opt-out

Online tracking opt-out. There are a number of ways to opt out of having your online activity and device data collected through our services, which we have summarized below:

  • Blocking cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings.   • Blocking advertising ID use in your mobile settings. Your mobile device settings may provide functionality to limit use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising purposes.
  • Using privacy plug-ins or browsers. You can block our websites from setting cookies by using a browser with privacy features, like Brave, or installing browser plugins like Privacy Badger, Ghostery, or uBlock Origin, and configuring them to block third-party cookies/trackers.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to help us better understand how people engage with our services by collecting information and creating reports about how users use our services. Note that because these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, you will need to opt out on every browser and device that you use.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" or similar signals. To find out more about "Do Not Track," please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com. New standards are being developed for a Universal Opt Out Mechanism, such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), which allow users with GPC enabled browsers and devices to send a signal that will communicate the user's request to opt out of sales of their Personal Data and to opt out of certain sharing of their Personal Data. Certain laws allow for the acceptance of Opt Out Preference Signals such as the GPC, as an option for users to transmit an opt out of selling/sharing personal information. If we detect and recognize such a signal from your device or browser, we will honor it.

Other Sites and Services

The Services may contain links to other websites and third-party platforms not operated or controlled by us, including social media services. The information that you share with third-party platforms will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the third-party platforms and not by this Privacy Policy. Data Retention

We may retain your Personal Data for as long as it is reasonably needed in order to maintain and expand our relationship and provide you with our services; in order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations; or to protect ourselves from any potential disputes. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of such information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of such information, the purposes for which we process it, and the applicable legal requirements.

Data Security

We implement a number of technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Transfer of Information to the U.S. and Other Countries

Get Stabl is based in, and we process and store information in, the United States. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using our Services, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Data will be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in the United States.
